been a while since ive updated this... Finally got it on the road at the end of 2014. Made 302rwkw 20psi on BP98. Drove it as a daily for 4 months. ---------- Post added 22-03-16 at 19:33 ---------- Then decided to pull it off the road and re-do the paint as i was never happy with it. Then decided to take the motor out after having a few little issues with it and do the engine bay as well. It's spent nearly a whole year off the road. Couple more weeks and it will finally see the road. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

first time in a while ive come on here so i thought i'd throw an update up. Mid last year i sold my GT35/40 set up and put a high mount GT42 set up on it, still being manual as well. It made 440rwkw on 32psi but maxed out the map sensor so put it on a safe 27psi with 370kw. More then enough for the street and for me personally. i also got some bonnet gauges put on, something i've always wanted i got some VY GTS wheels for it as well, painted them Shadow Chrome but have since sold them and is now back on calais wheels just for the mean time until i decide what wheels to get next. ---------- Post added 09-04-17 at 10:29 ---------- Pic from Summernats i got rid of the VL Calais Grille and put an LE one on (HTTP://s773.photobucket.com/user/marko7/media/IMG_2659_zpswqoo7ry1.jpg.html) Coming back from Summernats i really felt the need for new interior just by looking at other VL's and seeing other people's trim. I sold my VL Calais Series 2 Beige Trim for pretty decent money and bought VR HSV front seats, still retaining the VL rear seat but done in a VS Caprice style, with the bigger armrest in the middle. While the interior was out i got in contact with Daniel from NextGen Racecars and got a Chromoly 4 Point Roll Cage made for it. And this is how it currently sits. I'm hoping the Interior will be done by the end of next month. Keep photos of that to my self for the minute until its completed Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Had to take my pop ups off and bend the grille mounts forward to make it sit flush. But my boss is a panel beater and is really good with that stuff. ---------- Post added 11-04-17 at 20:10 ---------- Quote: Originally Posted by 350stato [View Post] Holy sh!t, that is a fan****ingtastic engine bay!!!
