24-10-12, 12:41 GMT+10#101 sounds like a good build mate, your cash so do it your way. im considering doing one of these also but only the bottom end and dropping my current 25 top half on with the 35/40.
interesting reading the 3.2 may be a better option though for rpm, be good to see comparisants with the same specs and hot set up and tune ( timing fuel etc ), is that on the nitto site?
goodluck with it, im keen to see how it goes with the new turbo

Spool also do a 3.2 kit. As for rpm i will still be reviving this to 8500rpm.

06-11-12, 19:10 GMT+10#106 Is this a dark blue VL? If it is the same car I saw it at Dr Bolt when I was getting my car done. If this is the same car then I am on the side of 1000hp, freaking monster on every level. gonna be pretty crazy on the street though. My car makes 215 kw atw and is pretty nuts as a daily, cannot imagine how mental this will be. Adelaide is all 50 and 60 kmh zones and cops galore!!!!

07-11-12, 19:37 GMT+10#108 Had the engine on the dyno today. New pt6766 is all good. The turbo sounds a lot different this time. Still didn't get to finish the tune as the fuel pump **** itself but did get a few runs in. On 26 psi it made 860 hp and 770 ftlbs or torque at 6900rpm. Still a lot more left in it but won't be going on the dyno again. putting it in the car next week. can't wait to drive it.
