haha, yeah had a massive traction problem, broke an axle at the top off the track off power aswell, not really sure what went on there, damaged a bearing in the housing and that was that for the weekend, spewing.

Great day! I only came on Sunday due to work commitments, but well worth the drive. Good to meet some of you guys finally, and catch up those I've known for a while. Was a shame about your car Jas; I really wanted to see it up and running. But credit to you mate, it looks 10 times better in real life. Love it. You can borrow my diff if you promise to take me for a decent spin! My favourite of the day was the QSR Gemini - it was painful if you didn't cover your ears! Thing is a little rocket on steroids. So awesome, so wicked to see in person. GM 747 SHERIF XCHASE (nice work Steve!) I tried to catch a decent launch shot, but didn't quite get it. Were you having some problems with it? Didn't seem to be hooking up off the line. TKR 006 VLBOSS DUFF 588 Duff man!!! XCOP VLMEUP Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

From all reports the weather wasn't great and you can't control that. Really how far did you have to drive? I know of people there who drove 25+ hrs to trailer cars down from QLD to race. They're not bitching about the weather or it cost to much. They're prepared to pay for the fuel and accom and the weekend away to have a go, not to mention the tens of thousands on thier cars. So if you're upset just cry into your pillow tonight or better yet tell your boy friend! The amount of organisation that goes into these things is unbelievable. It was the first of its kind and the weather didn't help, but it's sure to get bigger and better as the years go on. So instead of crapping on the event maybe offer a few suggestions on how to improve it for next year. Good work to all the guys that put the event together and for the people that showed up. See ya next year. 25+ hours? Were they towing with a 120Y? Everyones entitled to an opinion mate, the turn out was sh1t, its a fair comment, however, its no reflection on Steve or the organisers, calm your hormones. I will add that the kid on the bike was a joke...and what was the deal with the tough white/grey SL that went and did a BIG tyre poppin burnout on the burnout pad only to have the guy on the PA say something like 'we know what you did and your day is over'...what was the go there??? You guys think the Nats was good wait till the Black Swan shenanigans are revealed in the long over due return to the Chris Vs Mark show... Some things have been sworn to secrecy but others, well they deserve being brought to the light of day. I think I will start of with Trent and the mancow bendigo local he fratenized with It was good to put some faces to names as well. It just made the weekend all the more fun standing round talking shit. As for next year I will have the VX there if the CT crowd will let me and if not I will buy a VL to race. I was standing near the startline when the last couple of street fighter runs were on and I love the comment of a pissed bogan in front of me. "Oh can we get the nuggets off" Mind you I was there by myself so I wasn't about to ask the fuckhead where his heap of shit was. Plus, wasn't that wagon running 120odd mph?
