probably hoping all the fuss has died down by the time it goes thru but wat a dumb arse the law has now frowned baddly on police chases and will only make it worse for him if i were him id be sacking the beak and copping it sweet

This happens all the time, my brother has been to court about 6 times in the last 2 years contesting a fine and it's the police who keep having the wrong evidence or adjourning it, the judge will get sick of seeing him tho as constantly adjourning it just wastes everyones time, just stick it out and best of luck, he'll pay the price one day

**** man thats **** i had my VL stolen 2 days after cruze for charity in 2007 (WA, Perth), it was a full resprayed, blue print blue berlina, rebuilt motor 20ks, rebuilt 5speed, HD clutch, new suspension, vy ss rims, stereo, overhauled brakes, rebuilt diff, man i was and always will be heart broken, no car i have ever owned has even come close to how much that car ment to me Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

He was pissed, crashed his car and ended up nearly killing himself and now faces the prospect of 3 years gaol under new law covering running from police plus enormous bills for the property damage he caused

He has pleaded Not Guilty. Which means now i have to go to Sydney on the 2nd of July for the court case and stand up and giv evidence. All payed for by the N.S.W police department!!! Piss up the night b4! Then hopefully a piss up after, when he gets jail.

Hopefully he gets reemed without any lube. Will be interesting to see what punishment he gets. So we wait until July! What on earth could his defense be?

Hey Mate Congrats on getting the car back in 1 piece. I was one of the younger chaps who was mates with Matt who had his VL stolen next door (itswld). Didn't hear the full story bout it but oh well at least both cars have been recovered. May see you next year at the nats.
