thanks guys. well did a bit of mucking around with it tonight. tested fuel pressure and its sweet good fuel pressure. connected a boost gauge and it was getting 1 pound. disconnected the wastegate hose and it started making boost. so there is something wrong with my actuator. also got rid of over boost valve and blocked it up. dunno why it was coughing and spluttering yesterday but since i mucked around with a few things double checked connecters and **** it sems not to bad. just the lack of pounds lol

Who needs a waste gate anyway? It's only a t3! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

well clay and nino popped around tonight after work for a look and clay pointed out that it looked a little low for regency and i also noticed it to so got out the ruler again and the front has settled even more lol it is currently at 350mm so it just scrapes in. rear is still as high as it was. did a bit more mucking around and connected the boost gauge properly. had no nipple to hook the line up to the gauge yesterday, and its getting a consistent 3 pounds. feels like its pulling pretty good for 3 pounds lol. thought i could maybe hear some pinging when hitting boost but it was 30+ degrees and it only has 91 octane in it at the moment, will double check timing also. but apart from that i am happy with how its running, need to move AFM to piping though as its almost and even sometimes stalling after throttle straight to no throttle. also on the look for another waste gate actuator to see if that solves the problem

mine was spot on 345 at the front when i went through the bloke said your front is a bit low still but ill let it go. and i reckon its worth moving the AFM cos mine would always over fuel and almost stall after getting off the throttle gets really annoying.

Few new pics, still havn't washed car properly. put on my turbo badge that i got from Darren (NSNPWR), fixed bonnet release so it pops open properly now. also fixed the bottom bleeder bolt, was leaking. went to find out about my window and they recon there is nothing they can do with it coz the crack is so small, also seems to think that i wont have a problem getting through regency with it being that small (its about 7mm long) he wrote me out a quote for a new window and said if they give me any trouble with it at regency to show them the quote and that i am booked in to get it done. Last things to do are, Fit new rear seat belts, and check drivers new one, its not letting me pull it out even when the car isnt moving. (is a brand new seat belt) Fit trans floor cover (coming in the post should be here any day now) get car on to hoist at work and bend down exhaust its sitting loose and rattles on the floor of the car. and thats it..

well took it into work today, fixed exhaust, found a oil leak from the rocker cover and small power steering leak from the pump. also found that i had missed a bolt that holds one of the oil lines to the block, so bolted that up. gave it a quick was this morning but didn't get time for pics. i did take one after work though.

ill cut to the chase i didnt pass....... started off feeling really nervous thinkng i wasnt going to pass left work at 11.30 picked up the mrs and started heading down there. almost there and bam my speedo stoped working, pulled over and my cable had snapped so i thought great not off to the best start but oh well what can i do. got to the inspection centre waiting in the office for about an hour and a half and finaly got to go through. pulled up in there and the guy seemed like a real wanker, checked light and **** asked to check my demister and it wouldnt work lol (i got it working last night) he didnt seem to bothered though, realised the guy was pretty good lol. got on with the inspection and another guy came wondering over and started sussin everything in my bay hard, i was starting to think great ive got some vl natzy on my hands so i said is there a problem and he said nah mate ive got a vl turbo im building at home and was just looking at how you have set yours up, he loved my car. they were both comenting on how neat and good the car was (didnt even say anything about the snapped speedo cable) only bushs i didnt replace was the rear lower control arm bushs and what should **** up... the lower arm had come off of the bush (obviously wasnt that bad when i first saw it), so he couldnt pass me and he found some rust in the rear drivers side door jam and was gonna let it go but told me to get that fixed seens as i had to do the bushs. so all i have to do is lower control arm front bushs and get rust fixed in door jam am pretty happy with the out come as i was expecting alot worse.. but still a bit devo that i didnt pass. also turbo compliance is all good just need to change details at rego office when i get my defect cleared, hopefull next week..
