You can get a basic weld in four point for $900.

The cages with the kink around the dash in them aren't ANDRA certified, so if you plan to take your car to a meet you will be kicked off, or forced to remove the front section of the cage. As already said, save up and spend the money on a good weld in cage.

Someone by the name of 6boost requesting photos of colins cage here it is, was painted in the car with the head roof lining in....... Very hard job but well worth it in the end...... Give Kyle at 6boost a ring he will be able to sort it out for you....... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

They had a VL there with a full drag style cage being built, and a torana being built for circuit. Basically, I picked the bits I liked, and just ensured they would be suitable for a circuit application. Yes, it probably is overkill, but I'll be glad if I ever have a roll over. I may add more bars (remove back seats) later down the track.

They build most of them inside the car. Mine was. Except ANK, he has to be different. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Cages are ment to be worse on the street and kill people due to hitting your head on it, But when your on the track you have a helmet.. so the way around that.. if your going to crash put a helmet on first. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Padded bars dont really help.. you seen the stuff your ment to pad it with? closed cell foam, you need to cut it with a grinder its that hard..
