15-04-08, 15:23 GMT+10#108 well since i first posted up my gemini on here with the 5 litre i changed it now
took 3 days to change everything over to the 3.8L and auto
full cage, 5 point harnesess, buckets, sheet metal dash with 5 gauges, stripped interior (eg indicator stalks been moved to switches on a centre console)
old motor
new motor
the bonnet is actually screwed into its hinges, thats how its going to sit!
my PRO air intake which we have relised that its going be more like a direct mud injection!
its now just a 'rally bush hack fun' car

i wanted a rally gemi
turns out the 5L had way to much power on the road and when i took it off road it was just stupid so i put a v6 in it so it mite be actual driveable offroad now
the v8 was to heavy over the front end, so a v6 still has enough power and is a bit lighter
should still do a decent skid and a decent speed
