Theres no such thing as double demerit points in victoria. Unless they just recently brought it in on THIS weekend, I can tell you right now the victoria has NEVER previously had double demert points.

they have them on some long weekends in a effort to kerb the road toll. Or so they say, at least it's not double the fines. Revenue rasing ****s. Its been around for some time

cruse is still on but raptar is just letting you know that double point will sting your license (may or may not be true i dont think it is but hey) and if alot of you guys are having secound thoughts lets say 50% dont wanna cruse then bogs may cancel it but at this point of time its on-skee-sss

I am now starting to think that there is no double demerit point scheme in Victoria currently. Can't find any mention of it any where. Am tossing up still about the cruise tonight. I am sure there will still be a heavy police presence around all this weekend being a long weekend and the associated hysteria about the road toll. I will keep my eye on this thread and make up my mind up later tonight. If I don't make it to this one I am definitely up for the next one. Theres is definatly no double demerit point system in vic, sorry HDT but your daddy is wrong on this one. I hate to see all you guys get scared of a good cruise because of some bull**** rule the isn't even real in this state.

mines a 78 merc 280se. very very big car, got bored chopped the springs on the front before due to getting new ones tomorrow, lets say sump is touching the ground from 2 missing coils. oh well, have to wait for the wheels

hey serbmuu those mercs are tuff my old man has a matt black merc 71 long wheel base with limo doors on the back its a 280sel slammed on 16 inch amg rims scraps over anything on the road it has a 302 gt motor with 289 heads and it goes extremly well for a such a heavy car if u want i take some piks of it and send em to ya if u like
