Sorry to re-birth this thread but can some one give a clear cut answer and please no maybe answers. From Factory VL Excec Turbo = ??? From Factory VL Berlina Turbo = ??? or did Factory EXCEC turbo come with Chasers??? does anyone have a boardcast sheet with this option

Every totally standard Berlina Turbo I've seen has had the 15 inch hubcap's on it, whereas with SL Turbo's and Executive Turbo's I've seen some with 15 inch hubcap's, some with 15 inch steel wheel's, and some with possibly dealer optioned 15 inch "Performance mag's".

I've got a set in top nick if anyones interested.

v8's had similar hubbies, on execs too, but from memory, the colour is different, like what lw5mx7 said

vl v8 berlina & vl turbo berlina - light silver with with black writing. vn s1 s pack - dark grey with red writing.

all v8 and turbos have the same hubcaps due to the bigger brakes, weather there sl or berlina unless there bt1 as they dont have them (due to discs on the rear) i have seen vn s packs with the red writing on a few cars

OT Story: Saw a neat white VL in a small country town on friday, and it had the hubbies. So i doubled back, saw $2.5, 83,000kms, it was neat, white over grey. I noticed the Fuel Injection badges, and saw it was an exec. Turbo hubbies, black writing. Lil sus. So i rang the phone number, and asked: Me; G'day i am ringing about the vl for sale Lady: Yes, what would you like to know Me; Is it turbo? Lady;No Me;Is it a v8? Lady: No Me; Are you interested in selling the hubcaps? Lady: Ummm.... (that was a weird question) ... No, would you like to speak to my other half? Me: Maybe, is HE interested in selling the hubcaps? Lady: No Me; Ohh well, thanks anyway. I thought briefly about removing them, but empathy gave me a swift kick up that arse, and i thought if that was mine, i would be crushed if someone knocked my hubbies.
