mine was collecting dust for 9months lol.. she's desperate for a fresh coat of paint. Gunna give it a cut and polish and see how she comes up. Cant think of anywhere of the top of my head but ill have a think about it. Just a quick question are you running a aftermarket ECU? if so do you have A/C?

it will only lower the idle a little.. you can easy wire up a stepper motor to the haltech.

Yeh didn't think it would lower it much. I'm using a E6k ecu with a E6X patch loom to the standard wiring loom. The jd custom plenum has the idle gear on it, i disconnect it because whenever i plug ed it in it would increase the idle to 1500-2000rpm no matter what i did on the laptop.

Do you use the person in your sig (not naming names, ha you get me) Some of my mates, like im talking 10 or more, have been there and been Very dissapointed by the tuning and when i called him for a tune he was so rude and a **** to me in the end i just hung up... But then i have another that wouldnt take his cars anywhere else. but i think he is full of ****.. Claming 480HP from an RB25, GT3072R, 440 CC injectors and all the normals, nothing to support or make that much power..

Yeh he tuned the car I stayed and watched and seemed on to it and was a good bloke. Tunes been fine running 18pound and 350rwhp for 2yrs now on a stock bottom end. 480rwhp from a rb25 with those specs is fairly unbelievable. Thinking about trying Alan Blair hes apparent a top notch tuner. Have you heard anything??

Was happy enough with the last work they did considering the circumstances i put them in.. They are tuning a mates R31 RB30E+T tomorrow, see how that goes.

What does EFI charge and how long do they need your car? I did a lot of road tuning and all the cold start maps with a wide band o2 meter so the tune didn't cost me that much.

i dont know who much EFI is for a tune, they supplyd and installed/wired my ECU, injectors, fuel rail, battery to the boot, installed my reg and ****. Did alot of work in a short time as it was pushing to get to power cruise. Ask them, they are on here alot (the tuner and the owner), from memory the quote for just a tune was very respectable, not like a grand some shops around here try and charge..
