Rajabs just did a 9.2@162mph very good could see a good 8 sec pass later on in the day i was talking to ben as he was driving the car and said it felt very strong so he thinks 8.5 sec later on in the night and its only on 38psi must say sounded like a 747 taking off sounds crazy as well done boys and the driver ben.

mmm dont know about the Rajab race car.. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed.. second time I have seen it out now, and yeah.. pretty average. That whole event was a waste of $30..IMO, Where were you VLT boys at!! pfft

why was the event a waste 4? surely there would of been heaps of vl turbos there

there was 1 good vl turbo which was the rajab one, all the rest were blooody v8s, shocking nite! no pannic either. and hammoud wat did u run was it 16 secs

cars was just full of the old monaros, toranaas. there good but there was just too many of em. and no vlts. crowd was pretty big

yeah there was **** all vl's i have pics that ill host up later jsut uploading them onto the comp i only saw 2 yellow vls and that was myvlt (in car park) and another 1 but cant member the plates was on vyss wheels

the worlds quikest doorslamer was there running low 6s along side steve stanic's camaro also the white mitsubishi starwagon ran all over the road and still got into the 9s and the skye blue lc bb torrie ran into the 7s

was an awesome racing event.. vl's are not the be all and end all of racing guys. (but it was dissapointing for a victorian event not to have a few more quick vlt's). the only 3 i saw racing were : rajab race car (ran 9.2's) hamoud (ran 16.X then a 15.X) rickym (ran mid 13's) V8's might not be anyones cup of tea, but the trick and mansweto capri running consistant 7.9's from an n/a v8 in what is primarily a back halfed car is very impressive. The dalton automotive rx7 ran 170 mph, and grant williams ran 174 in his probe too. ALso a couple of 6.3 @ 220ish mph passes from zap was great. Side by side 6.3 and 6.8 passes and you guys werent impressed with the racing? I suppose there are race fans, then there are 'race' fans.

I just got back, for $29 entry fee it was a bit of a dissapointment.

first run in the mornin i got a 13.4 and then on both runs after that i kept blowing cooler piping off the throttle body!! even while cruising around the thunderdome it kept blowing off...i needed to change the hose clamp but didnt have any...was a very good even but...dont know why u guys where complaining...and there is a lack of vlt's coz every1 these days is too scared of having a lil fun!!!

How much was it to cruise and run your car?

4 runs and 4 laps of the thunder dome... but one run was disqualified...hahahaha pisser... and the thunderdome was very fun yet scary

Is there a speed limit on the dome?or just full noise.lol

how was the burnout comp? any burnout greats present such as gary myers or peter gray?

the day was alright, payed 20bux heeh GO THE FAMILY STYLEZ. hamoud mate, im disapointed, u need either aftermarket ecu, or better cooler piping, jspec piping has the same prob all the time. the doorslammers were mental, ive neva heard anything so loud. burnouts were alright, drifting was pretty good, chasers 180 went bananas. rajab racecar with Ben Viceconte racing it was a bit HEH with a 9.2run, id expect much more from something that mean. all in all it was an alright day, next time there shud b more vls.
