the car itself had immob etc
the thing was gone within minutes, funiest thing was taht his dad was inside watching tv and didnt hear the grinders goin off.......

sorry to doubt that story but people dont go to that much trouble to steal a car to joyride and dump, let alone a walkinshaw, they turn it into a 'replica' or at least strip it.think about it,it would be worth at least 20 grand to them.
me thinks your mate talks ****.

what about a duel stage boost controller, have it hidden some where and when you get out each night flick it to 1psi setting so if it does go missing least it wont get the ring screwed outta it althou someone who knows what they r doin could pop the hood and rip the hose off and over boost and blow the motor least then they wouldnt get to far anyways blown motor better then no car

jeez theres so many stupid effin posts here.
i have had my vl stolen off me before, i wanna know what will help me keep the farkin thing.
i know nothin will ever stop thieves from doin what they do best, but things that will slow em down.. im guessing a decent alarm, different locks [as most vls can be opened with any random keys] immobilisers / killswitches, them in car alarms 100 decibel things sound good, club lock on steering wheel, has anyone else seen the locks that go around the auto gear sticks? , keeps it in park.. they look alright.
what else is there boys?
i found my vl a few days later simply for the fact it had no petty left in it =]
