Its not that hard. Get this: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/XF-Throttle-B...2em118Q2el1247 (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?type=3&campid=5335860158&toolid=10001&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fcgi.ebay.com.au%2FXF-Throttle-Body-Adaptor-Plate-VL-Turbo-Honda-EFI_W0QQitemZ170202524614QQihZ007QQcategoryZ32624QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247) And then get a workshop to weld it into your plenum. I guess thats assuming you can remove your plenum...

its an attachment for a dremel or similar rotary tool. i got a supercheap version of a dremel for $30 that had the bit with it, it looks like a drill bit but cuts with the side edges rather than the tip. you can get good cheap bit sets at hardware stores http://au.dremel.com/html/home_fr.html

Is there any point of upgrading the plenum on and N/A VL, while doing the XF throttle body. Is the VL's plenum already good enough or will a new one offer more horsepower? cause apparently the XF tb mod will do nothing if the plenum isnt upgraded, anyone no about this?

i had that prob and it was the tps set too high, i just set it to switch closer to the stop and made sure it was tight on the butterfly shaft. just a bit of thread tape to stop it slopping around. mine is pretty much perfect now it only took 2 years to sort it out lol

what do you mean closer to the stop? i have already put a bit of electrical tape around the shaft to make it really tight fit in the tps. cheers
