You younger guys need to do something that you like doing, not something thats easy to get.Do a uni or tafe course or what ever .Apprentices make crap money at first but in 3-4 years it all changes. My brother in law has done 2 apprenticships.Builder and plumber and now he has his pick at want he wants to do.The manager of the store where I work does 60hr weeks and gets paid crap for it.It is a very secure job(fulltime anyway) and thats why I've bought a house.Find out what you are good at and go with that. Oldf@art,There are jobs but people up here just wanna surf.Everything is too cheap.4 guys can rent a house 2mins walk from the beach for $250. I love it and will never leave here.Besides I can't afford to move to any other city.

Why would you move to a other city anyway coastvl! There's alway's stuff happening at the gold coast It remind's me a bit like Las Vagas with a bit of miami mixed in non - stop partying, girl's and a happening atmosphere.
