I'm after info on all this too as I'm looking to import a certain lump of metal. If you purchase it personaly you can claim it at tourist refunds(at the airport)You have to have the GST docket. If you purchase from a GST registered dealer,You can get an international price.Check out aussie rare spares price list,That is how it works. Some do not want to do it but you can try dependingon the item,If it is an item that can be split up try and do it this way,Don't forget thro if you claim there you must present you docket here. They may charge you import DUTY or GST depending on the item. Cheers Marty Ps I have done cars and parts upto the value of a few thousand dollars and it still is cheaper in most cases to import. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

^Lightened for police, special interior.....i believe that poverty pack interior, consistant with an SL, not specially lightened! I went for a run in yesterday. Loose rear wheel nuts, luckily i had just arrived at where i was going and this happened. Would have been worse if it was Ti I drive, if i was going faster pretty sure i wouldnt have the car anymore No damage at all, thank christ!! And a couple of others Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
