Got bored today, so wasted lots of money on a Genuine Nissan Rubber Hose (PCV Valve Breather) Also finally got round to cleaning the TB and Intake... If your not running a catchcan I recommend this stuff. Throttle response is better & it idles so much smoother now Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I agree Mike. Plus I really don't like the wheels or the LED lights in the bumper!

I think the whole styling package is an abomination, the VE is a well styled car and HSV's kit does nothing to improve it, it is purely different for the sake of different. HSV needs to re-employ Ian Callum (responsible for the Jaguar XK, XF and X351 XJ among others). The overall effect of the fake vents, fake grilles, LED lights, those hideous tail lights is very amateurish, and something id expect from the Chinese Aftermarket.

The Maloo is a limited edition and not coming here. The only exterior changes are really limited. Pretty sure the bumpers etc are all the same. There are slightly bigger exhaust tips. Rear spoiler has slightly different mounts. No more power on any models, but a dual fuel (LPG) set up is now available without any loss of power. (LPG is only used until 2500rpm and not for startup). Interior has improved slightly with the use of some better materials and a whole new centre console/gps computer thing. On another note; just spent the last two days shooting the new FPV around Melbourne. The new blown engine is an absolute ripper. 335kW and 570Nm from 5.0 litres. Sounds frickin awesome too - heaps of blower whine, although I reckon the zorst could be a little louder. Bloody quick, the traction control was having hard time - the thing wanted to spin up in 3rd gear!!
