Sentence date has been confirmed!! Hey guys n girls! I went to court in Sydney on the 2nd of July thanks to some tax payers dollars! lol. The charges were settled outside of court. If we dropped the 4 minor charges he would plead guilty to the 6 major ones. So we did. He also has a lot of other charges on him for things not concerning my car. So now we have to wait until the 23rd of Aug for the sentencing appearence. No more muck arounds!! This will b the day we find out how long he goes away for!!! Thanks to all that hav followed my story thru out this long drawn out process to put a degenerate behind bars for a few years!! P.S It was good seeing him in court behind the perspex with a pair of nice shiny braclets on!! Not to mention the death stares i was copping from his associates!!!

Good to hear some justice, atleast you can sleep at night knowing the tosser is going away for a while. Make sure you blow him a kiss when he gets sentanced.

I would love to see someone try and nick my cars, They will be jumping the fence but my 3 pets doggies will be making mince meet out of any theif that tries to steal, These maggots just cant help themselves, And when they get caught they deserve the full extent of the Law.

mate , call 3aw and tell your story and see how the whole country jumps up and down, the only way to get things done these days is talk back radio, trust me. call between 8.30 and 11.30 am on the Neil Mitchell program, you'll be surprised how many high ranked cops will jump on, its state election time,and they all wana look good by delivering results.

I would highly recommend giving the cops a call to let them know about the harrassing phonecalls, given hes made threats I'd suspect hes broken the law, and possibly his parole conditions. ^ What he said. He would have to get in trouble for calling you. People now get in trouble over facebook threats. A better idea would be to post up his details on various car forums and see how much of a hero he is then.

Shaun surely comitting a crime (death threats etc) would be a breach of bail conditions. Try again and get on to someone different. I can't see how nothing can get done when your car gets stolen and then the thief rings you and threatens you. You can get charged with smoking a cigarette in Frankston or swearing... so surely something like this is worth doing something about... especially when you know he's already in parole.
