Agreed, McKern is a sook, he did the same thing with Frank Cannistra's zoom project racer RX3. I half agree on the do anything you want a 289 tire, and half of me disagrees. If you did that Ivan could chuck some 289 tires on the back of the RX3 and have a crack at running a mid to low 7, killing the lcass and the records completely. I believe it should stay as a street based car class with factory floorpan and rear area, but I think the rules should allow whatever tub mods are needed to fit a 289 tire so that we are all on the same size tire and not in the same cars (as an RX7 is just about the only car that fits a 28x9 with no outer gaurd mods as the rules stipulate). Firewall mods who gives a ****, as long as its only recessing for say fitting a RB in a gemini, and not someone just moving a 13B back 6 inches in a RX3 for better weight distribution, then sweet as. Personally, I think outlaw 10.5 will be the place to be now, heads up racing, big enough tire to push mid/low 7's, and the ability to back half your car........... what now he just bloody got it going. on a serious note though would it be worth it just for 10.5" tyre. i mean going back half excludes it from the streetcar catergory anyhow so it would be in the race class along with gas rigolis wrx boostn rajab roccos matouks new car etc. if your going back half you might aswell just fit as big as you possible can and be done with it because he now has the engine gearbox combo right just give it max traction now and he should be able to play with those guys as well. i love my rotors,,but its obvious the 2jzs are getting quicker every month, i beleive that a piston motor will always run quicker than a rotor, racing is racing so the loosers should just accept a loss Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

gas bought the scion and the celica has been sold!! theyre racing it for 2 more meetings before it gets passed on. im getting the **** for my gears from the states.. still doesnt look like theyve been sent so i dont think ill be racing this weekend, they were supposed to have arrived before this weekend and i am yet to receive a tracking number for the gears to see where they are.. i cant wait to get out there!! that gemini looks like it'll go a **** load faster and quicker too Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

ummmm pretty certain celica hasnt been sold yet was at gas on saturday they are asking $175k turn key.... they are keeping the scion something about wanting the record with 10.5 tyres....

man no offence to gas motorsport but who ever the fk is putting the money into this business must have deep POCKETS look at pac they have been in the business for years and years and now have only just forked out for a yank chassis look at gas there for ever buying titans old gear and they have a kenworth truck HUGE and you dont see gas cars flogging it around the streets if they sell the celica they are crazy the best car in that field thats for sure was that car built by rj?

im pretty sure its another rj chasis. i think you would be suprised, there are heaps of street supra's/gtr's which gas have had their hand in.. i know of two melb supra's being sent to Sydney for a gas transplant soon. As for all these racecars.... yes PAC have made the switch but i blv they were pushing the mx6 to its limits so it had to be done. As for GAS, all they are picking up are x chasis off TITAN.

i know what the story is with the chassis pnp but the chassis are worth well over 100k and the x pac race car went well beyond what it was built for! pacy do so much street and stip stuff and probs field the largest team at the turbo events! thats for sure i just dont get how gas can keep paying for these chassis im not cooling them speed cooks or anything like that but yeahh come on where is the CASH coming from

gas=goodman and signorelli,gary goodman is the money man,he also owns the r34 gtr and the supra,both car put out massive hp...gary works for councils,im not sure if its financial side of things or planning. he is a smart man. pac racing is so busy,those guys have big spending clients and he is a one stop shop,theres so many cars he has built there where the cstomer rocks up and buys a turn key package for street/show,they also offer a finanace set up where if you dont have the dollars you can get a loan,not a bad idea to some,turn key 8 sec street/strip/show car for only a couple hundred a week ;(
