Service manual says it's just a drain plug for when flushing the system.

Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I got an oil drain pipe for the bottom of the turbo, which can be sourced from ebay, appropriate size fitting for the block (from a fitting place, pritec/enzed), I can't remember exactly but I think it is 3/4" thread to block and 1/2" hose end, and then sourced a hose for oil with a 90 bend and cut to fit.

Don't quote me on the hose end fitting size though, it may be 1" thread and 3/4" hose end, better check it to make sure when you do it.
