cheers Matt although that right rail does look a little dirty *runs out side and washs it* ha _____________________________________ a little shopping today new Navara battery switch - i didnt quite like the look of the other one i have a AFM connector for pods to suit nissan afms 2 silicone straight connectors few diffrent sized clamps diffrent lengths and size oil pipes 1ltr of power steer fluid so i got onto the list i made for what i wanted done today. finished all the power steer system (plumbing) and filled it all no leaks soo far drained the trans of oil, removed the centre console and filled it up with the fully synthic penrite oil sorted out my rocker cover breather pipes, ran them through the manifold and off the back of the k frame built up the AFM with the connector and pipes. still need to get one more mesh as i removed one ages ago to try and make that little bit better of flow with my intake piping mounting it under the right had rail so its hidden fairly well Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

sweet rig mate! I like where you are mounting the air filter, just look out for puddles though, you don't want to take in some water and bend a rod!

ill get around to detailing it soon Wayne, once its running ill polish everything and clean all the pipes etc with some rubber cleaner ive got at work cheers 7four7 if you were refering to where i was holding the afm nah thats where ive cut it in now ____________________________________ well yesterday, got a mesh for the afm and went down to autobarn, bought another silicone adptor as i had the wrong size and there ordering in the other side cut the afm into the cooler pipe and got it all lined up minus the connector comming today extended the AFM loom, ran it along the rail with the vacum pipe and tied them neatly to the power steer piping towards the front i curled it back under itself so that it pluged into the afm straightly and not stressing the plug played in the car for a while with the main power cables ended up going out for parts got battery terminals, eye loops for the switch and borrowed the cable pincher tool from auto pro after a while mucking around i figgered out it wouldnt quite allow the glove box to shut where i wanted it, so after thinking and mucking around for a hour i decided to mount it out in the foot well it wont look to out of place once the fire extinguisher is near it on the tunnel the cableing comes out the side of the switch and straight into the lower dash cover so its not visable tommorow when i drop the ute off for window tint ill be getting some prices on batterys and they will have another isolator switch in for me plus im on the market for new headlights i washed the car with out the high beam caps one ages ago and since then theres been moister on the lens, looked at them today and now theres a big pool of water in both of them any who picture time Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

_______________________________________ well got all new globes in my headlights now still havnt tracked down my running problem. im leaning towards the fuel pump having a prob will presurise the system and the car will run for 3 seconds then dies from no fuel the pump isnt buzzing either when running Video of running and stalling (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIFntAzQ0iM)

Will the intank pump presurise the system without any help from the ext. pump? Like what I am trying to say is the intank is offering enough pressure to fill the system but not enough to keep the car running?

If one pump is dud the car won't run. Looking good as always legal6. I'm not a fan of your cluster, but it's great to see you doing your own thing. I just noticed yopur engine pipe - what brand is that?

sounds about right too me Wayne, but im not quite 100% on how it works this morning im going to have look at the fuel pump before i go out check ive got fuel coming through at the front end thanks 5spdvl, the cluster been done for a while did it in 2006 and changed the wiper button colours too might change it back too stock eventually but i dont mind the red and blue

well the pumps are working but appears that we cut out the metal relay on the inner right skirt where the battery normally is my fault as i told my mate it was a trans relay too turns out this relay activates the pulse of the injectors, which explains why ive got not injector pulse so ive got another loom from u pull it and tommorow my mate is coming up to look into it and see what we can do _____________________________________ updatey Before The right side was twice as worse as the left didnt get a photo of it but it was half way up After Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
