Ok her is the update car is all but finished! Went and seen it today at the exhaust shop today exhaust is finished and intercooler piping is half done, car will then go back too the paint shop on wensday too have the last few moulds and the qtr surrounds fitted then buffed as the paint is still straight off the gun. Then I just need too wire up the TPS and try too start it! Hopefully if all goes well it will then need a blueslip to go with the green slip I organized today then rego! all this I'm trying too have done for the palm beach cruise!!! Fingers crossed Cheers Luke

Thanks mate ---------- Post added 22-09-11 at 22:02 ---------- So my engine finally fired into life tonight but it wasnt good news! The noise coming from the engine was like a very loud rattle i thought it was because it was the first fire up and maybe it would go away as the oil climb too the top of the motor but it didnt. It sounded like it was in the top of the motor so i pulled the rocker cover off too look for any markings etc but nothing? So i put the cover back on and now the car wont start? after building this car for 3 years it will kill me if i need too pull the motor out and rebuild it Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Glad to see the finished result chief. All the best with the engine issues; hopefully it ain't that bad of an issue.
