My favourite memory of Port Adelaide was round 1 in 1997 at the MCG in Port's first game where early in the first quarter Ian Downsborough (who they traded the #1 pick for) got knocked out and was never any good after. Also liked how when they entered the comp they were bragging about giving Adelaide a six year head start and that they would win a flag before they did. Adelaide went on to win the flag that year and the next lol.

Then they lost to West Coast in the preliminary final. Yeah that was pretty funny. And then there was that time against West Coast last year when you lost another preliminary final to them. Yeah Port did finish 12th last year, so what we were rebuilding. Remember back to 2004, what did the Crows finish then? I think it was about 11th or 12th. It will be an interesting game this Friday night, both the Crows and Collingwood battling it out for finals spots. I reckon Rocca was a bit lucky to get off, Eddie has been bribing the tribunal again... Unfortunately I don't think the crows can make it.

Well thats not suprising coming from a port supporter is it.... Can you predict the future? FFS, who cares about Judd, who's to say he would have fit in at the Crows? Who knows man.... Port aren't the benchmarks of the AFL, I never said that, I believe West Coast and now Geelong are. Port I think have suprised everyone this year, including myself. I acknowlege that their are other decent teams in the AFL, I'm not a one-eyed supporter like some *cough*Collingwood*cough* supporters I know, who won't even acknowledge when another side is doing well. I don't see how bagging everyone else is "typical" of a Port supporter, I think you'll find all die-hard footy followers supporting any team out there bag other teams.
