im running similar tire size 235/45/17. but i get it on the outer edge , grinds against the guard and takes big slices out of the tire. only happens when theres a dip in the country roads and your doing 90+km's... tried rolling them and beating them back but doesnt last for long.
I hvn't read the previous posts, but whats your offset of its not already been stated?

Big slices out of your tyres indicates you haven't rolled the guards properly or you need to shave the bumper return area. There may be a screw sticking out somewhere also. If it's only on one side then adjust your panhard rod, if it's both sides do the guards and bumper returns
yeah that screw's the problem area for the tyre. i cant remove it now cause its embededd with the guard and become one with it hahaha so ill have to get the mallet a piece of flat metal out and beat them back one day. but i think its times to replace the shocks.... dont know how old they are but i know there pretty worn.
