I will be staying hyd.. Engine is on the stand with sump off ready to pull down on Saturday morning. Giving it a freshen up seeing as it has to be pulled apart to drill and tap the block for 1/2 studs. Doing everything to make sure the head keeps stuck down this time. Once its run in again I think well be doing a road trip to australia to get a tune and race on a good track. Hoping to get it running again this year

Wouldn't mind going to Sydney and taking it to maatouk. See what happens when the time comes

Blocks finished, had it o ringed and tapped for 1/2 studs. Running a genuine nissan 26det head gasket rather than a cometic. Just need to have it assembled. Waiting on the head now, camtech arent open till next monday so I cant organise a cam or springs. Decided to run a stock rb30 head with good springs and cam till I can afford to buy another good one. Renovating the house took all the spare money I had for the vl. Gotta buy a new fuel rail, build a new intake plenum too. Sold it all when I was changing to a 25 head. Powercruise is 16 days away lol

After a mad couple of weeks with **** all sleep, getting the car ready for powercruise ,it all paid off! Got the brand new engine running friday morning before powercruise and went straight on the dyno and made 430rwkw on e85 with a stock head. Had an awesome weekend with only a few small issues being an intercooler clamp kept blowing off, getting very hot out on the track and a loose connection on the map sensor. I won best judged powerskid which Im stoked about! Every car in my garage picked up an award! One of them picked up 3 in show catergories. Next on the list is sort out the cooling system and new solid cammed head

Awesome work! Loving that last pic on the stock wheels. I must've missed it, but what size turbo are you running?
