well it aint that im apprehensive... you know when you roll up to a new job, on your first day, and you roll into the lunchroom or whatever, and everyones jokin around and calling each other smitty and ballbag and maverick and iceman, and then you roll in and silence falls on the room and everyone has that get a load a this guy look on their face... well thats gonna be me Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

i like the idea of a mandurah cruise as well, would be good to cruise up there with all vl's from down here.

Maybe we all cruise to Mandurah then go to Dwelingup or somewhere like that for a BBQ - eg like the previous cruise to Nth Dandalup Dam

I think that the more advance timing that you give people of a cruise, the more chance that people will say that they are coming but then pull out. I think in the next month or so, I know winter is upon us, but look at weather a week in advance, and if it looks fine for the weekend, then post up a cruise location and those that can't make it, well thats too bad. I only get one weekend off a month, but I can always swap with other workmates. Spontaneous and a meeting point in Mandurah then off to a bbq spot and a great photo spot. Im sure even with a weeks notice, we have a chance of getting more than the southwest cruise if we make it in Mandurah.
