whats the best way to fit 2 studs on the bottom for ACE manifold without hitting it, any special size or to screw it in other way ?

This gives just the right amount for full engagement on the nut, and also more meat in the head so you don't strip the stud out of it, and lastly shortens it as much as possible, all with no cutting. You have to do this on some tight locations on various manifolds. 6BOOST
