what's happening with the 304 kits and are they single or twin, and $$$$ and when will they be availble ?

AT this stage 304 kits will be single turbo, and will use standard manifold on the passenger side. As most people can get an exhaust shop to do the crossover pipe, which is as basic as it gets, I won't be supplying the crossover pipe, which I'd probably change more than an exhuast shop to make anyway, the benifit of this is that I think a few different models have different manifolds, and this will mean I don't have to make multiple various crossover pipes. It also means that if someone has extractors, they can potentially use that on the drivers side still, which would flow nicer. Kits will be around $3700 with turbo, manifold, oil and water lines and wastegate for GT35/40, and $4000 with TO4Z which should make up to 600rwhp and make full boost at 2800rpm, which I imagine would be quite insane to drive! 6BOOST

Hey guys, thanks for the kind words and enquiries. I will definately be doing a turbo kit for the 304, it will have 3 options from GT35 single turbo up to GT45 single turbo. The bigger kit will come later, the first ones will use stock manifold on the drivers side or extractors, I will be supplying manifold for the passenger side, and if wanted/needed, turbo and wastegate to suit. The crossover pipe I will leave for an exhaust shop to do for you, as the manifolds change from models VN through VT, it would mean lots of different ones, and I expect that a lot of guys will have extractors already, you can simply cut off the end bit and cross that over into the manifold. It will come with 3 bolt flange entry for crossover pipe, and be well designed, not just a log manifold. If I can find someone in brisbane to do the kit I will be starting in the next 3 weeks, I am going to melbourne for a few days to build some manifolds next week, and if anyone would like to have it done when I get back, pleas give me a call. Cheers..............................Kyle.

The turbo kits will retail around $4500. This will include manifold, turbo, external gate, oil/water lines, 600cc injectors and fuel pump rated to around 480rwhp. I won't be offering cooler and piping, as most people will be able to do this or get it done themselves. I also only use the best quality gear, so I would be using an ARE intercooler, which would add $1000 straight up, I'm sure some peopel would prefer to save the $$ and use an ebay or similar cooler. The first kit however I will do cooler and pipes to get it going, the exhaust however will have to be done by a workshop, as I am not interested in doing this without a hoist. I can also arrange this at a good price along with the tuning of the factory computer. I'll pm you a price. 6BOOST

hi kyle, just seeing if u have sent my oil line off yet?

how long do these manifolds take to make after i have paid for one?

Ben, I will send your oil line express post tuesday morning, you iwll have to pay for freight however. As for time frame, you only pay deposit of $200 for manifold, time is usually 7 days, and pay the remainder on completion. That way your not freaking out about giving me a large sum of money for a week or so, and it also gives me an incentive to finish it, to get paid!! :o) 6BOOST

Any plans on making single turbo manifolds for the LS1? I am interested in getting a set made up with a T04Z flange.
