Hey Dudes, Wow what a small world, I'm a kiwi too! currenty building a vl turbo. I believe i got my turbo & extractors of HSVSUXs, Hence the small world. Its not on the road yet but starting to get close been in the garage about a year now lol. I started with a stock 3ltr vl. converted all the suspension to v8 brakes, lowered on king springs & kyb shocks. adjustable panard rod adjustable front camber & caster, nalthone bush's ect. 30mm sway bar front & back. as for the engine got a set of nizpro extractors & t3/t4 turbo of hsvsuxs. Am thinking of mounting a 38mm external to the extractors & welding up the internal (good idear or bad ?) just got my block back been o-ringed bored out & honed for a set of oversized ACL forgys (8-1 compression). And have fitted them to standard conrods. Remember somebody telling me they are pritty strong.... And a huge front mount And am currently biding on a haltech computer for it. So coming along nicely, that reminds me. am currently humming and harring over the bearings to rebuild the bottom end. Have u seen the price of authentic nissan bearings they're a rip, But are they worth it ? I got an authentic headgasket, i remember sombody telling me to settle for no less. I payed 3k for rb25det and the 25t 5spd box. came with clutch, slave cyl, etc. Just got to find a master cylinder. I brought the pedal box out of another vl. All i need now is front mount, rb20-25det AFM, some custom intercooler piping and possibly a fuel pump. I'll surely keep you guys updated on the process and looking foward to going for a cruize when its done! Ive got big plans for it, but once it's in i'll be poor so just to get it up and running smoothly will be awesome haha. My dads mechanic is doing it, he's a good friend of ours so doing it on the cheap :P. Keep you guys updated. Brad
