Was asked afew weeks back if I would offer my 2 VL's to a film crew doing an Aussie based film being done in NZ... Dunno when the Movie is coming out, but the Wagon should have a nice side shot driving down the road into the school Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Cheers man...I cleaned them the day before not thinking it was for the outback, then got there and they spread dust all over them lol Nah wasnt Underbelly, some random movie called 'Mister Pip'. The sedan was just parked all day, but they wanted the Wagon to be driving into the school. Old man had to drive it as I wasnt old enough to be dropping the kids off at school...Missed out bigtime because the nice young lady in the front seat was about my age too lol Money was sweet...they pay 300 per car plus 40 petrol vouchers for running the V8 along with free cooked breakfast and lunch Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

oh gutted you missed out on the bit of fluff.Surely you wouldve been in with a grin if you went up to her and said " you know i own these 2 VLs" and she wouldve been all over you like white on rice.haha thats good coin aswell for doing it, but to get breakfast and lunch thats just the icing on top.sweet deal.Wouldve been much cooler if you got the girl aswell... ---------- Post added 16-08-11 at 12:42 ---------- As i was de-icing my windows this morning, saw what i think was a Royale drive past.May have just been a Berlina. Moroon, with dark grey lower half, police rims with chrome bands, and best of all an old skool metal windscreen visor. couple of young fellas in it. Anyone know it or know the owner?

oh no way, hope he was insured?!poor bugger.also poor buggers parked car. was a nice looking wagon. i dont get how pepole think they are going to able to drive in that snow, that sort of thing is bound to happen.See them on news all the time trying to drive up hills and down either too fast or miss judging mother nature. i know ya gotta get to work sometimes but surely you would think it through bit better? just my 2 cents
