Start of October mate... Lets go! I initially planned to take my motor out, and drop the complete turbo one in, but now im just going to put the head on my current block, that way ive got a spare should it ever blow. The timing belt, water pump and etc are still good on it. Only around 20'K old on it. While the heads off, ill strip everything else out, get a paint code match and spray the bay myself in acrylic. Its just the bay! With good prep, good coats and a buff itll be sweet. VLT diff is currently in the shop getting a new LSD (decided not to go spool) Im going to do a VT/VS brake booster when i put the diff in and bleed the brakes all at once. Whatta head! Full reco.. Crack tested (number 6 needed a small weld) machined lifters, HD springs, cam in ect ect. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

lol you have a air compressor and line there, why don't you sand and primer then sand and use real paint in a paint gun

Its only a small job! Im doing all the same prep, only using a gun would take twice the time with clean up and mixing paint. Either way its the same paint anyway

Car was running like ****, swapped the AFM and it was fixed. Took it for a thrash... rolling along in first, no one around and went for a big double clutch. chchchchcchcrurururrnnchhhhchchch... FUUCK Thought it was the box first up, shiit myself. Had to be either tail shaft or diff. Sounded like a rear end noise. Clutch out in first second third was just grinding noise. Tried reverse, it drove WTF? Reversed up my street, tried first again to do a 3 point turn and it drove WTFx2? Big clunk as i turned it around Dropped the diff oil. Crown and pionion look fine, so im thinking i broke the LSD Found some gold in there Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
