If he's in the wrong, go for the repair costs, he can't argue, even if his view was blocked, that's just bad luck. Then get a priest and have it exorcised. You didn't name it Christine did you?

thanks guys, im just leaving it over the long weekend and trying to calm down
yeah by having a bit of a look will need new bonnet, front bar, pop ups, drivers front guard, passengers guard needs to be painted, whole radiator support panel is pushed right back. dunno if it will be repairable, looks pretty ****ed, new radiator, headlight, grill is completely missing, not to sure how the intercooler is but looks not to bad. and that's about all i can think of at the moment.
just not to sure about the radiator support panel coz to me it looks like it will have to be cut out and another one welded in.

well car will be getting front windscreen taken out, any rust under cleaned up, i suspect there is some as it leaks a bit. new screen (if old one brakes when removing, it has a very very small crack in it) new universal window seal, and roof painted along with the rest of the stuff getting done. decided to do the window now and get it over and done with. should make the car look a whole lot better
