looking at installing some GTR 440cc injectors, as mine are ****ed from sitting for soo long.
any recommendation on a fuel rail?

You'll need a rail to suit 11mm injectors. Not sure if there is one available for a RB30. Most aftermarket are 14mm.
Otherwise it's just as easy to install hosetails and use a stock rail

Which way do the hoses go?
feed to rail or reg?

I've got a set of gtr injectors on the aeroflow fuel rail. I haven't got it running yet but they fitted up OK and sit well. I'll try remember to grab some pictures this weekend.
