Hey fellas, i am assuming this has been covered time and time again but i am in need of a little advice from those of you have played with ls1's before.
i have a vz ss mods include 3.7 diff gears, otr, extractores into 2.5" exhaust, 224/232 590"@114 cam shaft and a recently built auto. The car only made 255kw with 600nm of torque but just feels very boggy and i'm only getting 270k's out a full 65l tank of fuel. Thats giving it no s*** at all because i am only 300ks into running in the gearbox. Given it a few quick bursts and it doesn't feel like a cam has done anything at all because before with just an otr, exhaust and tune it made 245kw.
My question is who are some reputable tuners in melbourne i could speak to because i am convinced something is not right here? any advice you guys have would be great thanks in advance.

APS, HPF, GM Motorsport etc
It does sound kind of ****, it should be snappy as hell with a stally/built auto. Like fry the tyres good.
Who installed the cam?

i really don't want to bad mouth any work shops or anything, but even on 18s it wont light the tyres it literally felt like it went harder with the first tune and a 3.08 diff ratio...
Not snappy, very laggy and even the figure of 255 i know its no power house by all means but i thought a cam would make it o harder then that..

Doesn't sound right, cam timing may be out.

That is a real possibility.
