looking at putting in a one piece tailshaft with an R33 manual box. does anybody know what length i would need the tailshaft to be? or knows how to measure the distance to get one made up?

Call Melbourne Driveshafts, they're really helpful. Also go a two piece.. they're stronger, can take more rpm and potentially more load as I understand they act like two smaller individual tailshafts. They also make some strong uni's now and centre bearings.
