I jnow you get this alot but im running out of ideas ive got spark 70psi out of the fuel pump power to the injectors tried new dizzy and second hand dizzy new cas and itll idle if I use areo start but wont start by itself

If aero start does it, it should be a fuel related issue.. also 70psi sounds way too high. Maybe a blockage? Check the fuel system thoroughly

Standard vls should run about 30psi of fuel pressure when idling, try blocking the fuel return line with multi grips and starting it, also try unplugging your AFM if it runs but runs like **** with it unplugged replace your AFM.
