okay my vl is having a problem with the idle its all over the show and some times it drops right down to around zero and its struggling to stay alive. most of my dash seams to be all over the place including battery when just sitting there. any thoughts ? secondly my thermostat on the dash when the car is hot it never sits in one spot and it moves up and down for a split second but never goes past half way ive recently put a new head on it and alloy radiator but it was doing it before this also a new thermostat its not using water. and ive bled and flushed the system a few times any ideas cheers Tom

ive sorted the idle problem was a red wire on oxygen sensor and pulled out seems to be running good now just the radiator temp now thinking it could just be a dodgy thermostat becuase it only started with the new one
