Hi all! I have a 2002 Ford Explorer xlt V6 4.0 gas engine, I have bad lifters. I've never played round with internal parts, but I'm eager to change mine out. Mine are rattling badly, I've tried cleaners in with oil & that doesn't cut the noise at all. Ive got tools & such, just need knowledge guys. Are they like just under the heads of the engine? Like remove heads & there they are? So... How do you change them? Any guide or anything? Thanks, Mitch Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
