During my A80 Supra days i bought 18x12 CCW classics for it and i had a thought, why not request qoutes for a set of vl calais rims in 20 inch and varying widths. Anyone been down this road before? Seiing as how it would be a one piece and very minimal rim face styling it shouldn't be overly expensive. Anyway I've requested quotes from a forge wheels in oz and a couple of wheel makers in the U.S I'll update with prices when i get them. How it's working is once we get 15 buyers they will contact Ty at forge wheels and make payment. Once thats all done they'll draft the design for the final design and send it out to all the buyers for confirmation. Then production will begin. Deposit will be full amount and that's purely to protect the other investors against asholes that decide to pull out.

As long as we can get the initial group buy done they will sell them to individuals however prices will go up.

Any updates on this? I keep coming back to this thread hoping to hear that the price has been reduced a bit so I can justify these over a set of FR1's!!!
