Hey all, My fan is very stiff when engine is off so after having a look on the net, im going to crack it open and replace the silicone inside. Has anyone here done it yet? Im mainly after the CST rating of the silicone to get. It seems 3,000 6,000 and 10,000 are the common viscosity that is available. Toyota apparently sell it and you can choose between the 3x or you could also go to a hobby shop and ask for some silicone diff oil that they use in the RC cars. So yea, anyone know what the stock spec CST is? I had a look in my Max Ellery book but it doesn't say.
