RB26/30 standard ecu Jatco auto

Hi guys going to build a slapper 26/30 using standard gtr loom , ecu , afms and injs running a VLT auto box , can i still use to ecu and run the auto as the auto has a separate ecu? Do have to go full manual valve body? hoping to avoid if i can Cheers mick

Once i connect vacume to the Plenum for the Modulator , what other wires are needed to splice in to the RB26 loom for power or signal for a 4N71B ? Or is a separte loom for the Transmission?
