check the spark plug condition. oily?
check the baffles in the rocker cover is stopping oil splash in to the catch can plumbing.
Is the engine getting up to temperature?
what is the max boost it's pushing? high boosting engines generally breath heavy.
How much volume can the catch can hold?
What size is the catch can plumbing id? does it all match in size from beginning to end?
Does catch can have a drain that can plumb back to the sump?
Was the head reco'd with new valve stem seals?
was the block oil drains relieved or opened up?
is it a single or twin cam head?

The engine gets up to temp as normal.
It's running 28psi at the moment
Catch can size is around 2L. It's got twin -8 lines from the rocker cover. There is a baffle underneath the rocker cover. There is a drain for the catch can but not goin back into the sump I just empty it after drives.
It's a single cam head and it hasn't been reco'd.

boost shouldnt be the problem, ive been running mine for 3-4yrs at 28psi and ive only got about 100ml in my catchcan, never been emptied.
sounds pretty serious though....

could still be bedding in the rings 1,500 kms isnt a lot of kms for a brand new engine
my engine is brand new with same kms with stainless steel gap less rings and i filled a 300 ml catch can after a 1 day at the track , i spoke to another engine builder ( for an unbiased opinion ) and he said at those low kms motor is still bedding in if its still like it after a few thousand kms then get worried , then might have to pull the motor out and check clearances etc ...
also iam running 23 psi with -10 lines of the rocker cover , but have a -12 fitting off the back of my cover going to my sump doing this may help u a little bit ..
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I'm running hpr 30 oil. Yea I'm starting to get worried with the amount of oil.
Like a few of you said 100ml and 300ml in your catch cans. This was 2L of oil from 3hrs of driving. Could be best to pull the motor out I think and check it all out.
Rather do that then blow motor up.hopedully find a simple problem and easy fix now.
Cheers guys
I'll let u know what it is once I find out

Does the engine choof visible oily vapours when you remove the oil filler cap?
if it does then it may have blown the head gasket or it's not down tight enough. see if cruising off boost still fills catch can.
Do you know if the head was repaired in the past?
I've come across welded up drain holes.
How do the spark plugs look, oily? if not, rings are probably ok.
2L is excessive, if it hasn't blown the dipstick out it's probably not the bottom end or rings.
Check the condition of all the spark plugs and let us know if any are vastly different in colour or excessive oil deposits.
