Does anyone know if this rubber manual gearbox seal is available new anywhere? Mine is deformed and does not seal properly Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

they come up on ebay every so often but they are used, I have also heard that the VN to VS ones may fit?

I've never come across one that fits properly. I glue them on with good quality Loctite superglue and they seal well.

One problem I have is getting the other rubber boot to fit as well between the gearbox and that seal. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly, I put the other smaller one on first and may have used cable ties to keep it secure, and the larger one just seemed to sit nicely around it.

great thanks. Having trouble currently getting that seal off the gearbox without damaging it.

The smaller one can be bought new from nissan if you do damage it..

Just bringing this up again to see if anyone knows any other models that these were used on. Maybe VN-VS? Or does anyone have a good used one?
