Just wondering what brand and type of harness everyone is using for sub 10 second passes. For a 5 point harness do you have to weld a plate onto the floor with a lug on it? Couldnt find much info on the site about them. Cheers Dane

I've just got proforce 5 point harnesses from Vpw for the floor mount you need a 75x75mm by 3mm thick plate weld a nut to it and drill a hole in your floor pan sit the plate underneath and screw your anchour through from the top job done

Cheers mate. So the actual plate does not need to be welded to the underside of the floor?

You can buy the plates with nuts already on from revolution racegear, like $4, eyelets are only a few dollars too. I have a willans 5 point, it was too expensive but willans is badass and the release mechanism is easy.
