Was browsing ebay as I do, and came across a brand of coilovers to suit VL's that I hadn't seen before. The thing that really startled me about these is the price. They cost almost half as much as the KSport and XYZ brand kits, however I haven't heard or seen this brand before. Has anyone had any experience with them? Would they be complete crap at that price or would they be worth it for the amount of money you'd be saving compared to other brands? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/VB-VC-VH-...item19e788e7be (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/VB-VC-VH-VL-VP-Commodore-Coilovers-K-Shock-Coilover-Adjustable-Suspension-/111258691518?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&fits=Plat_Gen%3AVL&hash=item19e788e7be) Cheers, Alex

Well, the fronts are weld on inserts - so it's $880 plus another $350 - not as cheap as you thought. I was also under the impression that live axle Commodores didn't convert well to coilovers ( just by inserting a coilover in place of the shock).

The ksport and XYZ kits are weld on too, and both charge the same amount for the parts pre-welded, or you could always get your existing parts cut/welded for a bit less I would think. And I think you're right, they don't convert well to coilovers on the rear, the back of these kits arent an actual coilover but they are adjustable replacements for the standard shock/spring setup from what I've read/seen which gives you the dampening/height adjustments.
