wont start need help

hi everyone just got my hands on a original vl berlina turbo but wont start. cranks over but that's all any suggestions where I should start first?

Check for fuel and spark - no fuel, probably fuel pump. No spark, probably crank angle sensor. Could be a million other things, but there's a start.

Crank angle sensor/air flow meter. preferably the first one. CAS always bugger up from the smallest of things.
