Strengthening lower control arms

Just wondering if anyone has some pics they could upload of the lower control arms being plated also what think ness plate should I use. And if anyone knows where the best place to buy adjustable top ones . Thanks

Got top ones from McDonald bro! Kanaris engins did my bottom ones. He already has the plates cut out to go on!
