Turbo Problems

Hey guys i have a problem, im trying to run 12psi but it wont let me the max i can go is 10psi would that be the actuator?? i have standed t3 vl turbo set up on my r31.. weird thing is when i remove the actuator line the go's to the bc it still doens't go over 10psi when usually its ment to free boost to like 30psi, its making me think its the actuator?? anyone suggest anything else, would be much appreciated thanks.

Yea mate you will have a crack in the exhaust housing near the wastegate flap on inside had same issue years ago its common problem on those stock t3s ---------- Post added 06-01-14 at 22:09 ---------- Or check intercooler pipes have came loose

cooler piping hasn't fallen off cause that would give me no boost, tighten all them today still wont boost over 10psi, still bugging me why it wont free boosting over 10psi ---------- Post added 06-01-14 at 23:31 ---------- ill check near the flap tomorrow with a mirror and see. will let you know cause it does make a ticking noise like an exhaust leak but could be gaskets

No cracks and cooler pipeing isnt leaking anyone else got any ideas???
