Description Hi all all up for sale is my 1986 single tone cardinal red vl Calais turbo.
Having owned the car for the better part of over a year now it has undergone a major transformation from its previous owner.
the condition of the car really does speak for itself, recently resprayed 6 months ago by cranwell collision center back to its former glory the cars body has no rust what so ever , still retains its original sleek look with all chrome mouldings still in tack. not to mention fully operational pop-up head lights.
the sunroof and rear venetians add a unique touch to the car which is hard to find in a lot of vl's
the cars interior is the original red velour felt, in reasonable condition for its age , .
the turbo set up is a t3 highflowed turbo with a 32mm external gate on the manifold which dumps into a 3inch exhaust . front mount intercooler with a 600x 300 cooler with custom 3 inch intercooler piping, the car is running vl turbo injectors with a vl turbo computer . the engine currently blows smoke and runs rough .
unfortunately it doesn't see as much use anymore as it deserves im hoping a fellow enthusiast will enjoy the car as much as I have, the car is not a genuine turbo but is a genuine factory Calais.
