Power Estimate?

Hi Just finished rebuilding my RB30 tries searching for similar articles couldn't find much Basically I have fully forged bottom end Reasonably big cam 3rd biggest Hydrolic Camtech do off the shelf springs etc head is other than that standard TO4z turbo CPC plenum running on E85 wat sorta power are people making with similar set ups? I also know that it depends on the tuner just looking for rough ideas

Im guessing you have a aftermarket ecu and injectors. Im going to be running a gt3788r with the .99 rear and Ill be happy with between 450-500rwhp on 25 pound. Similar size turbo from what I gather.

yeah EMS ECU ID 2000 injectors etc! C4 box with 3800 converter

Should easily make 500hp on 25ish pound. Mid to high 130's too.

400-450rwkw if you give it some, 475-500rwkw if you lean on it.

so in theory it should be making more than 270KW on 18PSI then?

Theoretically, you should **** in 270kW on 18 pound.

Sounds about right, no idea on the timing side of things. It seems excessive however, 18psi through a C4 and a stall 270rwkw sounds good. Just running it in I take it?

yeah Luke just running it in! except I keep blowing converter pump gaskets its at Al's now getting a super gasket lol...

I noticed with my old to4z it really started making power after 20psi so should pick up heaps with more boost and as for timing is that 32degrees on pump fuel if so that seems heaps im only on 28degrees on e85 but hey im no tuner

Im running E85 good to hear about it picking up after 20PSI I hope mine does the same =)
