(http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/G-CylinderNewLogo_zps569ac6b4.jpg.html) http://g-cylinder.com.au/ G-Cylinder is a carbon nano tube technology used to enhance combustion. The technology is developed through Mitsubishi Chemicals and is hand made in Japan since 2002. The same technology is being used in the heavy oil and transport industry for trucks and ships, boilers and generators. A standard 3000cc VL Commodore will require 2 G-Cylinders. A Standard VL Turbo can use 2 or 3 G-Cylinders, where 3 will give 50% greater efficiency than only 2. High Performance VL Turbos over 300HP may use 3 or 4 G-Cylinders for maximum efficiency and greater engine protection. Without modifying the fuel hose put 2 G-Cylinders on the rubber hose inlet pipe to the fuel rail. If a third or fourth is to be installed, install also on the return pipe as fuel will remain activated for up to several hours in the fuel tank. So G-Cylinder is very new and different to what see on CT ....in the lead up to the launch of the website next month we will attending and supporting the VL turbo Nationals and the 4,6, Rotary and Turbo Nationals event. We will be driving our tuxedo black calais turbo from Melbourne to Adelaide, where the car and conducting some tests with the G-Cylinder device installed in comparison to how the car runs without. Watch this thread for photos and some test data. Would love to have a chat and watch some Australia's fastest Vl's race! With better economy and cleaner combustion comes 60% more Hydrocarbons burnt - So there is less Carbon build up in the engine. This means cleaner oils, cleaner filters and other consumables, keep the cost of engine operation at its lowest and getting the best possible performance out of what is available. The G-Cylinder Technology also prolongs the engine life of the companies asset, giving the company more years of operation, getting the most out of their CAPEX. The Large G-Cylinder Road Devices known as PCRTT (Petroleum Conditioning Road Transport Type) is designed for turbo charged diesel engines up to 20,000cc and over 1000Hp. In comparison the smaller G-Cylinder (clamp or clip style) is for smaller diesel or petrol engines. Both units are handmade Japan from aluminum casing with proprietary technology coating that conducts heat. The cylinders are filled with an activated graphite carbon nano tube (CNT) material that is only available from Mitsubishi Chemicals Japan for some $3,000,000 per kilogram! Heat being directly related to kenetic energy, charges the carbon nano tube materials and a infra-red micro wave it emitted. The micro waves excited and charge the fuel molecules, which remain activated for some hours. This technology is new to Australia and is exclusively through G-Cylinder Pty Ltd. (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder33of49_zps64d4334c.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder40of49_zps2426ffd7.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder40of49_zps2426ffd7.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder45of49_zpsa9c1222b.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder47of49_zps6cebfa75.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder47of49_zps6cebfa75.jpeg.html) (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/GCylinder34of49_zpsd89e7843.jpeg.html) In the commercial marine, minning and road transport industries units cost around $10,000 to $50,000 depending on the size of the engine and applications. Currently G-Cylinder is commissioning 4 large units on marine turbo charge 14,000cc CAT engines and 14,000cc Trucks, and has commissioned nearly 30 G-Cylinders in Australia. The small G-Cylinders are effective for all petrol and Diesel applications and prices start at $599.95. Cheers Jimmy 1300 303 452 Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCING G-Cylinder Burns 60% more un-burnt hydrocarbons, drastically reducing carbon build up in the engines cylinders, pistons, rings, valves, lifters, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, exhaust systems, throttle bodies and turbo charges. By reducing carbon build up not only enhances the torque characteristic, enabling the driver to reach peak power sooner, it also prolongs the engines life and reduces the effect of lost power and performance of carbon effected engines. Has any research been done to determine whether this will interfere with the functionality of an energy polariser on optioned Brock models?

What a great question! I am almost certain there is has not been a chance for any such lucky person to trial both devices! - But No it wouldn't interfere with an hdt energy polariser. The Energy Polariser claimed to influence all molecules and consistuent electrons of the whole car. I think the merit and advantages of the Energy Polariser lies somewhere there, however G-Cylinder would not effect this as its activity is directed at activating fuel through a transfer of residual heat and energy. G-Cylinder draws residual heat from the engine and air temperature through the heat conductive aluminium casing. The inside materials made from Carbon Nano Tubes (CNT). CNT's kenetic properties will convert heat into a "far inrfa-red microwave" that more or less excites the fuel molecules. Far Infra Red photons in these wavelengths can penetrate non metal fuel EFI Hose and charge the fuel traversing through the fuel line.

Having a fleet of Turbo Diesel powered vans and trucks, have you done any trials to see if this product assists in cold starting the vehicles? Furthermore, what other positives can you draw from using this product on a Diesel powered vehicle? Furthermore, what effects does it have on different fuel types - E85, Diesel, 91, 95, 98, 100 etc?

Hi Zvonko While we haven't done any performance test measure to see if G-Cylinder assists in frustrating cold starts of vehicles, after starting an engine on a cold day, allowing the engine to warm up a few minutes and fuel to pass through the G-Cylinder, before putting the engine under load, will assist in proper engine operation temperatures assure more efficient fuel combustion and may prevent damage to cold engine parts. We have done numerous testing with G-Cylinder on small and turbo diesel vans, 4x4 and trucks in a commercial situation and the benefits are: INCREASED FUEL ECONOMY Reduce operational expenditure by increasing fuel economy ASSET MAINTENANCE Longer service intervals with due to cleaner oils and filters saving operating expenses REDUCE CAPITAL EXPENSES Improve the value of capital expense by prolonging the life of engines and primary asset LONG TERM SAVINGS Continued savings for over 25 years ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE by reducing toxic nitrogen dioxide and carbon emissions To understand G-Cylinders effects on different fuels we can look at how the different fuels are made in the fractional distillation process of crude oil. (http://s911.photobucket.com/user/jamesglaskin/media/fractionaldistallionofcrudeoil_zps4e8f9cd8.png.html) In the upper part of the diagram you can see that the liquid petroleum gas and patroleum chemicals are less dense than at the bottom fuels such as tar, heavy oils. Where the diagram says for example gasoline c5 - c10 it is referring to how many carbon atoms are in a chain in the hydrocarbon molecules. Just like c14 - c20 diesel oil has 14 - 20 carbon atoms per molecule and c20 - c70 heavy oil has a chain of 20 to 70 carbon atoms per molecule. This has a direct relationship to how this technology works. The more carbon atoms there are in the fuel molecule the greater the observed benefit is. For example we typically see with G-Cylinder installed an improvement in fuel economy of approximately: 5 - 10% better in c5 - c10 Petrol 10 - 20% better in c10 - c20 Diesel 20 - 30% better in c20 - c70 Heavy Oil Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Sorry to be skeptic but most of these thingys don't work. I hope the results are published by the independent companies trialing the devises and also published on their websites too. That way they can put their name and reputation on the results which would benefit you if it is a large scale mining company. Also a question from one of my well educated friends: If you question him again, can you ask where the Carbon Nano tubes are in the unit and what they're for, what device he is using to generate Far Infrared radiation from about 12V at about 20amp (assuming from the wire size) and actually what the current draw is.

Simmo that is fine mate and by no means did I take offence, there are a lot of these fuel saving devices in the market and a lot are BS. The process we are going through with this technology is point of proof, case by case. Testing through universities will be available and white papers will no doubt be submitted to Mining and transport shows once point of proof is demonstrated here in Australia on a large commercial scale. However I will add that some clients have preferred to remain anonymous and keep things like this for their own commercial advantage. While there have been over 200 commercial customers in Japan using the Maritime and Prime Moving units we are currently commissioning units on an Australian ship and WA truck. One a 1500HP Heavy oiler and the other a 500HP Diesel. Ultimately this is the technologies pet event in transport industry but, we have also experienced the practicality and value in the auto clamp units on various cars. While the tech is new and sceptics are far and wide, I have known the technology developer for about 8 years and watched its progress in Japan. So it is definitely not a fad that I have dreamt up or something we have been suckered into. Just to give some back ground on myself and my experiences. For 8 years I have worked with my Japanese associate in the water treatment industry, municipal drinking water, mining, and heavy metals removal, iron, manganese, aluminium, and arsenic. We trade in over 30 countries world wide and have customers such as GE, Nalco, Siemens, Orica, Coca Cola, and Itochu Chemicals USA. It's been through these trials and tribulations that this technology was offered to us, through the same technology house that the water technology came from. I have a lot on the line but at the same time I am confident that results will speak for themselves. I am in absolutely in no means out for anyone's scalp and I am happy address any subject. The milestones in place for the technology is all performance based. And should anyone buy trial and not feel 100% satisfied, I am guaranteeing their investment. No risk to anyone. But also in answer to your friends question: The device does not draw current of any sort. The wire you see is an earth wire and is meant to earth any other current or charge that may influence the device. The carbon nano tube material is inside the aluminium cylinder in an activated solution. The gold coating is also proprietary technology that attracts heat. It is actually residual heat from the engine and ambient heat from the air that activates the cylinder. CNTs are highly conductive of heat and kenetic energy and emit microwaves in the far infra red range. These microwaves make the the fuel molecules vibrate and move faster. And this is how the fuel is conditioned.

So basically if I include 5 or 6 hiclones and an electric turbocharger along with 3 or 4 magnetic fuel activators in conjunction with this G-cylinder I can expect another 500hp and 1 liter per 100km. Cool. Does each unit add 50hp? Will I gain HP if I ditch all my fuel lines and make the whole line out of these g-Cylinders (would need about 30 of them)? Sorry but everyone on this forum knows its total BS and I have no idea how you became a vendor on this forum as its embarrassing to all members. Case closed.

If any "members" are in fact embarrassed, I'd sure like to know? In commercial applications the focus is obviously fuel economy, but in the automotive sector and performance car market, just to clear the device is not going to give any notable power gains, but rather smoother acceleration, its main benefit is optimized combustion and reduced carbon build up. We are currently trialing two units installed on 460Hp commercial trucks - results will be published this summer after the trial is complete. This range of wavelengths corresponds to a frequency range of approximately 430 THz down to 300 GHz. These are the wavelengths that reach and excite single molecules. An increase in torque or turning force will not relate to an increase break horsepower or Kilowat Power. There is a difference between torque and horsepower and like we talked about before, the increase in torque performance of this product will be demonstrated on a dynamometer.

Just so I'm clear, a before and after dyno run will show an increase in torque but no increase in power? Also, does the unit mounted to the truck draw the heat to drive the reaction solely from the ambient air temp? It's not in the engine bay, that's all.

Power(rotational) and torque are directly related by the angular velocity. Has the inventor of this product got any literature that I could read, eg a peer reviewed paper or anything?
